Privacy Policy
Run Sevilla is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use runsevilla.com, how we use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
This data is transmitted via Airform (airform.io), a third-party form processing service, and delivered to our email inbox. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry or booking request. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell your data, or share it with anyone else without your explicit consent.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) or performance of a contract (if you are booking a tour).
We retain contact form messages for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
2. Cookies
We use cookies to make the website work and to understand how visitors use it. A cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies loads until you click “I Accept”.

Legal basis: Consent (for analytics and third-party cookies); legitimate interest (for strictly functional cookies).
3. Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-N7WC34FB) to manage analytics tags.
Google Analytics may be activated through GTM to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our pages (pages viewed, time on site, general geographic region, device type). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

4. Instagram feed (Elfsight)
Our homepage includes an Instagram feed powered by Elfsight. When this widget loads, Elfsight and Instagram/Meta may collect information about your visit according to their own privacy policies. We do not control what data they collect or how they process it.

5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — ask us what personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Portability — ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent, at any time
- Lodge a complaint — with Spain’s data protection authority, the AEPD, if you believe we have mishandled your data

6. Third-party links
Our site links to Instagram and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
